The March 2021 Methow Valley real estate sales reports are here including Winthrop, Washington, Mazama, Twisp, Carlton and all the Methow Valley. This season turned out phenomenal for skiers and other winter recreation enthusiasts as we enjoyed plenty of snow cover and the typical sunny days here in the Methow Valley. In line with market predictions, we are still in a seller's market and sales are starting to pick up as we move into spring.
