    The long awaited opening of the ski trails in Methow Valley has launched. There are limited trails open and the coverage is low, but the conditiions are amazing considering how low this snow really is. More snow is needed for a full opening of all the trails, but for now you can start to get in shape if you are not there already, ah that would be me in this category. The sun was out and the landscape is very holiday festive. Loads of skiers out with big smiles on their faces after a very quiet month in the valley. The hub bub is back and so is the fun.
