This talented funkadelic sound is coming our way to Winthrop Rhythm and Blues Fest this weekend. Starting tomorrow in the Beer Tent there will be 4 or so live bands and then Saturday big names all day long ending with Samantha Fish. Then Sunday another star studded music day of adventure

Speaking of adventure another year at the Blues Fest. the wind kicked up and the next thing we knew was that we had to move to the beer garden. When we got home we could not pull in our driveway and all kinds of homes, vehicles and ruckus all over the valley due to this microburst of wind that uprooted very old super large pine trees smashing all in their way. We wonder if this will be an uneventful year at the festival. Statistics are on our side as we have weathered all kinds of adventures other years at the festival...
